seeing mscode/codium/vswhatever makes my brain hurt. geocities of code. now i am using Zed. problem solved.

1. flightradar notification on my smart tv so i know which fucking chopper or plane is hovering around the place i live. i always see a nice picture and their destinations. 1.1. basically all notifications on my tv are nice…like doorbell, fridge left open etc…

2. morning fan. i turn on the fans weekdays 30minutes before i get up…better distribution of temperature in summer and winter. had much more effect than anticipated.(10$ tasmotas)

3. all automations HA cant do I use n8n. so when there is a recall for food (like they found some contamination) i push on a kindle display in the kitchen. (like grab data, grab product image, render kindle friendly presentation)

havent seen them. are they any different? i am sure it is the same scam google does with Ads. only boomers see it, but are not the target group and the advertisers are just wasting money.

instead of using piped/smarttube i advise to not use US based services at all.I mean fuck you for supporting the ultragreedy.

sure. well i am cheap. my neighbours arent. they have fancy stations like Bresser Weather. so why not share data like a proper pirate? i bought several rtl sticks by now. one i use in a pi/nuc/etc to just run https://github.com/merbanan/rtl_433 which has the excellent possibility to send the captured data over mqtt. so one line in terminal gives me weather data.

still too boring? gnuradio could helpp find interesting frequencies and you might wanna google what they are for. you can also grab an send sensordata from busstationdisplay, temperaturecontrol of houses, tire pressure of passing cars etc. you could use that data in homeassistant/nodered or whatever to trigger alerts…like that police car is close by, shutdown shutdown… and so on. new cars are so chatty.
