Thank you all that gave me suggestions on Lemmy apps for web or iOS , so noob/ dumb here it takes to to git hub for all than I’m lost on how to get the apps I’m lost

If you are using iOS then there is really only one place to get them- the App Store.
I’ve used both Memmy and Mlem and both are decent apps.
Wasn’t Memmy discontinued?
It hasn’t been updated in ages, so maybe. It does still work well for now at least.
