Fuck musk, of course, but I really dislike this new pop psych trend of labeling everyone you don’t like a “sociopath” (or “narcissist” or whatever). Deliberately or not, it’s pushing a narrative that there are these horrible monsters lurking among us who are evil and manipulative just for the sake of being evil and manipulative and distracts us from thinking in terms of systems and incentives. The last thing we need right now is yet another bogeyman to blame for society’s woes.

For what other reason is Musk evil and manipulative? He is rich enough to have pretty much anything he wants. He never has to work another day in his life. He clearly gets a thrill out of saying and doing horrible things and bending people to his will.

So maybe don’t call everyone a sociopath, but I’d say the Tesla fits in this case.

My friend was stunned at his nazi solute. I was just happy it jolted her awake to the reality I already knew. Who these people hate, who ALL these people hate, is us. The working classes. @[email protected] and I are both Jewish (him moreso than me, I’m just an inheritor of many cultural traditions, but not the religious traditions), but that’s just… A convenient difference we have from most of the people around us that they can use to pin the world’s problems on us. Once we’re gone, it will be someone else after that. This time they’re not starting with the Jews. They’re starting with the Latin Americans. But just like last time they’re starting with the queer folk first, too. But once the queers and the Latin Americans are no longer available to scapegoat, it will be someone else. Muslims, Jews, Asians, someone. It doesn’t really matter. Not to them anyway. And not to you, or at least it shouldn’t. Start making the biggest coalition you can to stand against all this. It’s a race against time. It’s a race to build the biggest group of people to stand against this, to refuse to squeeze the triggers and refuse to launch the missiles at the orange fuhrer’s command before the order comes.

Please. PLEASE. PLEASE put in the work for this. It’s worth doing. Don’t just do nothing.

This was a huge aspect of the Holocaust: indifference. This was a huge piece of my 9th grade curriculum. Night by Elie Wiesel was one of the first assigned readings that actually left a real impact on me. Elon Musk is not mature enough to comprehend what a bunch of 13-14 year old kids were expected to learn and understand.

That piece of shit would be absolutely nothing without his daddy’s exploitation emerald mine money, and the world would have been a better place without him. He’s less than worthless, and I look forward to a specific headline about him, hopefully earlier than we got with Kissinger.

My 8th grade history class went to a Holocaust museum where they had one of the rail cars set up as an exhibit. They had the touring group shift to one end to mimic how packed the cars could get and shut the doors and turned off the lights in the car. Then the guides read from the writings of those that experienced these trains. Could almost hear the train rumbling down the tracks. When we were done with the tour, we were fortunate enough to hear from a survivor. He showed us his tattoo and told us his story. I’m still affected by it 20+ years later. And that was a museum, not an actual camp. Musk is a soulless parasite.

    From the memorial in Portland:

Twenty-five million civilians perished in Europe during World War II. Almost six million Jews – and millions of others – fell victim to racial hatred and premeditated murder carried out by Nazi Germany and its collaborators. Such crimes spring from the darkest recesses of the human spirit. They require planning, collusion, and massive public indifference. Long before Polish Jews were herded into ghettoes, before Dutch Jews were forced into hiding only to be betrayed by neighbors, and before entire Jewish communities in Hungary were transported to death camps. The seeds of the holocaust had taken root

Indifference is what enables fascism to exist

The prison psychologist at Nuremberg, Captain G.M. Gilbert, defined evil as the “absence of empathy”. If there is one personality trait hat both Trump and Musk have publicly shown over and over again, it’s exactly that.
