Me and my buddies spoke about “Oregano” in High School often, but I don’t think we were having the same sort of conversation
I was too much of a nerd that I joined a informal high school circle where they hike and talked about “plants and trees” and all they did was smoke pot where I wanted to discuss invasive species to the forest population.
Just young spice enthusiasts.
Back then, the only spice we had was old.
I overheard some of my students (16-18 years old) during lunchtime today. They were all standing over a phone, looking at a photo.
“Is that a dead deer?!”. “It looks like a dead deer” said another. “Oh I thought it was a dead deer too”.
Then they all agreed it was a french bulldog. WTF?!
