Musk has said plenty for Altman to sue. You want to get under Musk’s skin, you do it through court.
Doesn’t seem like that was his goal.

That said, cant rule out that its all theater to obscure the fact that Sam recently endorsed Trump and is working close with government, just less visibly then Musk.
